GMA has reserved a block of rooms at the Ritz-Carlton,
Pentagon City for members attending the GMA Science
Forum. The discounted rate of $249/night + tax will
be offered to meeting attendees until March 7, 2008.
After March 7, 2008, reservation requests will be
accepted on a space available basis only.
Attendees should make their own hotel reservations by

Science Forum to receive the group rate.
TRANSPORTATION
The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City is located close to
Washington, DC in the bustling area of Arlington,
Virginia. For air travelers, the most convenient airport
to the hotel is Ronald Reagan National Airport, just two
miles from the hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $12 each
way.
Washington Dulles International airport is approximately
45 minutes from the hotel and taxi fare is estimated at
$58 each way.
The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City offers convenient access
to the Metro on the Blue and Yellow Line trains.
CLIMATE AND ATTIRE
The daily climate in the Washington, DC area in April
falls in the mid-60s with cooler evening temperatures,
so a light coat is recommended. Business attire is
appropriate for all GMA meeting functions.
