Ritz-Carlton, where the conference will be held.
Registrants can make reservations at the Renaissance
M Street Hotel, 1143 New Hampshire Avenue NW,
Washington DC, by calling 1-800-468-3571. The
group rate of $229.00 plus tax per night is based on
availability, and reservations must be made by
Thursday, January 10th. Please be certain to make
your reservation as soon as possible and let them know
you are attending the GMA Environmental Sustainability
Summit.
Registrants are responsible for making their own
sleeping room accommodations by calling the Ritz
Carlton, Washington, DC at (202) 835-0500 or
(800) 241-3333. A block of rooms has been reserved at the
Ritz Carlton, Washington DC, at the rate of $249
single/double per night. Please be certain to make your
reservation as soon as possible and let them know you
are attending the GMA Environmental Sustainability
Conference to secure the group rate. The cut-off date
for securing a room reservation at the GMA rate is
Thursday, December 27, 2007. After this date,
reservations at the GMA rate will be accepted on a space
available basis only.

Airport (DCA). If flying into DCA, the
best ground transportation routes are
Washington's Metro system or taxicab.

Cancellation/Refund
Policy
All cancellations must be in writing, via mail or fax,
and received at the GMA office by the deadline date to
receive a refund (when applicable). Refunds are based on
the following timeline:
100% refund by, Thursday,
December 20, 2007
50% refund by Thursday, December 27, 2007
No refund after Thursday, December 27, 2007
