Allergen Committee

GMA’s Allergen Committee promotes – through research, education, and technology transfer – an inceased understanding of food allergens by all segments of the food industry, the government, consumers, and health and communication professionals. The Committee encourages a prevention approach in reducing the risk of food allergens.
