Train-the-Trainer HACCP Course

GMA’s Train-the-Trainer HACCP course, conducted in conjunction with the International HACCP Alliance, prepares its attendees to become food industry HACCP instructors. The workshop includes segments on evaluation of adult learning styles, techniques, tools and problem solving, which can be applied when teaching the various components of HACCP. The workshop addresses necessary elements of HACCP training with an emphasis on how to teach the subject matter. Attendees will also learn how to develop their own HACCP instruction course and submit it to the International HACCP Alliance for approval. The workshop will be generally presented in accordance with the draft agenda below. Each attendee will receive a certificate of completion from the International HACCP Alliance at the conclusion of the workshop.
Please note that this is a course designed to prepare subject matter experts to become HACCP instructors. It is highly recommended that attendees have previous HACCP experience including completion of a Basic HACCP instruction course and application of HACCP plans in the food industry.
