FDA's culture is rapidly changing in important ways that will affect every packaged food company and its suppliers.  The agency inspections are much more detail and enforcement-oriented in a manner not seen for over 20 years - rendering the successful strategies of the past nearly obsolete. 

Join GMA as we take a deeper dive into several critical areas of inspection preparation including:

• Initial preparation
• Who should be involved - from the factory door to corporate level
• Developing effective policies on what to share with the inspector
• Plant personnel’s rights as company representatives

Participants will walk through an FDA inspection and will become familiar with the appropriate forms involved and what happens after the inspector leaves.
