The degree of psychology within the Culture Excellence program is extensive and when combined with organizational culture and food safety management creates a unique assessment tool. It enables an understanding of the behavioral and attitudinal elements which greatly influence culture.The webinar will outline the 16 Dimensions within the Culture Excellence Model, and give details of how the assessment is conducted. It will also provide examples of methods companies have used to make changes based on their data.

- Understand the meaning and importance of food safety and quality culture
- Identify the 4 categories and 16 dimensions that make up the Culture Excellence Model
- Evaluate assessment models, including interviews and online surveys that have been used to produce qualitative and quantitative results
- Appraise initiatives and schemes that have been implemented by other companies in response to their results, along with summary data from industry so far
