General Refund Policy

The deadline for refunds will be seven calendar days prior to the first day of the webinar.  If we receive your cancellation notice at least seven days prior to the start of the webinar, GMA will refund your registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made after that date.  Substitutions will be allowed and encouraged.

Unable to Connect Policy

Webinar participants are encouraged to login and connect to the webinar at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  If this is your first time participating in a GMA webinar, we encourage you to initiate connection at least 20 minutes prior to the webinar to ensure that connectivity issues, if any, are resolved prior to the start of the webinar.  If you experience difficulties and are unable to connect,  please contact GMA at oanthony@gmaonline.org immediately for assistance.  If GMA is unable to resolve the connectivity issues (within 15 minutes after the scheduled webinar start time) and you are unable to participate in the webinar as a result, GMA will issue a refund.  Or, if you prefer, GMA will provide you with a recorded copy of the webinar.  If you do not notify GMA of your connectivity problems prior to the start of the webinar, a refund will not be issued.
