Cancellation Policy

The deadline for refunds will be seven calendar days prior to the first day of the webinar. If we receive your cancellation notice at least seven days prior to the start of the webinar, GMA will refund your registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. Substitutions will be allowed and encouraged. Substitutes must provide GMA with a valid email address and phone number or they may be unable to access the webinar. GMA reserves the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that GMA cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If GMA is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a refund for 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as a conference has been canceled via e-mail and/or phone messaging and a notice will be posted on our website. In the case of cancellation, GMA will not reimburse participants' pre-arranged travel expenses. In the event that GMA postpones an event for any reason and the attendee is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a refund for 100% of the contract fee paid.

Unable to Connect Policy

Webinar participants are encouraged to login and connect to the webinar at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  If this is your first time participating in a GMA webinar, we encourage you to initiate connection at least 20 minutes prior to the webinar to ensure that connectivity issues, if any, are resolved prior to the start of the webinar.  If you experience difficulties and are unable to connect,  please contact GMA at oanthony@gmaonline.org immediately for assistance.  If GMA is unable to resolve the connectivity issues (within 15 minutes after the scheduled webinar start time) and you are unable to participate in the webinar as a result, GMA will issue a choice of refund or recorded copy of the webinar.  If you do not notify GMA of your connectivity problems prior to the start of the webinar, a refund will not be issued.

Even if you don't know your username/password, you may already be in our database. Please use our Obtain Password form to find out. If you are not in our database, you will be prompted to create a profile at that point.

Can I pay my registration fees by check?

Yes, however your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.  Please make checks payable to GMA and indicate the workshop title.  Your registration must be confirmed prior to workshop attendance.

I abandoned my registration before submitting payment.  Do I have to register again?

No.  You can revisit the event site and select "My Meetings."  Log in and select "View/Edit Registration" for the desired meeting to view further options.
