Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend this conference, GMA encourages substitutions. For a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, please contact GMA by December 27, 2014. A refund of 50 percent, less a $50 processing fee, will be given between December 28, 2014, and January 11, 2015, with no refunds thereafter

FMI/GMA reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI/GMA cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100 percent of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI/GMA is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit for 50 percent of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference is cancelled.
