Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, FMI/GMA encourages substitutions. Please notify the Registrar by email to lgray@gmaonline.org. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, per registration can be granted when written cancellation is received by February 28, 2017. A refund of 50%, less a $75 processing fee per registration can be granted if the written cancellation is received between March 1 and March 15, 2017. We will not issue refunds if the written cancellation is received after March 16, 2017.

FMI/GMA reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI/GMA cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI/GMA is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit of 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference is cancelled.
