The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) have designed the Sustainability Summit to give companies the tools, connections and proactive solutions they need to accelerate their sustainability agenda.
Beyond “thinking green”, the Summit will help your company become a leader on critical sustainability issues facing the industry; including sourcing, waste, agriculture and social responsibility.
The Summit is jointly hosted by the GMA-FMI Trading Partner Alliance*. GMA and FMI’s combined leadership in this area has produced the premier sustainability event for the food and consumer products industry, bringing together retailers, manufacturers, government and advocacy groups to learn together, network and seek common solutions.

*The Trading Partner Alliance (TPA) is a joint industry affairs-industry relations leadership group that was formed by GMA and FMI in January 2009. The TPA exists to develop a shared retailer-manufacturer agenda on supply chain efficiency issues, the application of information technology, the adoption of environmentally-friendly business practices and other issues. This common agenda is executed jointly by the FMI and GMA staffs and is overseen by the boards of directors of both organizations.
