    We also want to hear from you so we invite you to join us for the highly rated Idea Exchange, an exclusive setting to dialogue with industry peers about burgeoning topics in the food, safety, legal and regulatory landscape. Attendees will still be able to engage directly with one another during this session but this year participants will choose one of four subject matter areas to attend based on their specific interest:

    1. Global Nutrition, Health and Labeling
    2. Emerging CPG and Ingredient Issues 
    3. FSMA Implementation, Education and Training
    4. Microbiological Food Safety and/or Thermal Processing

    Each subject matter will consist of eight different topics and will be moderated by an industry leader. Participants will spend 30 minutes discussing and brainstorming specific challenges and future needs associated with their chosen topic and agree upon a few recommendations to call the technical community to action!
