Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, GMA encourages substitutions. For a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, please contact GMA by December 26, 2011. A refund of 50 percent, less a $50 processing fee, will be given between December 27 and January 2, 2012, with no refunds thereafter.

FMI/GMA reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI/GMA cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI/GMA is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit for 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference

Please call the Reservation Center at 407.503.3000. Be certain to identify yourself as part of the Food Marketing Institute/Grocery Manufacturers Association Supply Chain Conference to receive the group rate of $199.00 per night – single/double occupancy – plus all applicable taxes and fees.

The cut off date for securing reservations at the group rate is Friday, December 30, 2011.  Rate and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date. Attendees are strongly encouraged to reserve their rooms as soon as possible before December 30, 2011.

Transportation

The Loews Royal Pacific Resort is 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).  Cabs are available and the fare is approximately $35.00, one way.  The hotel also offers a sedan service through Destination MCO and reservations can be made by calling the hotel concierge at 407.503.3000.

Conference Attire

Attire for all conference events is business casual.
