SUMMARY

Plan to join your trading partners and peers as they collaborate to address the root causes of unsaleables at the 2011 Joint Industry Unsaleables Management Conference.

Identifying and correcting the root causes of unsaleables through proactive data collection, analysis and constructive dialogue with trading partners is the key to successfully removing unsaleables costs from the supply chain, not merely shifting costs from one partner to another.

This year’s conference will focus on both the strategies behind and the execution of effective programs designed to find and correct root causes of unsaleables. Sessions will include proven success stories and tools that can be applied to any company or trading partner relationship.

As you’ve learned to expect from this annual industry forum, the 2011 conference will bring retailers and manufacturers together to deliver exclusive networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities for unsaleables and reverse logistics professionals.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This conference is a must attend for professionals involved in aspects of unsaleables, logistics, operations, sales/merchandising/marketing or product development from retail, manufacturing, sales agency and other related organizations.  With its first-rate agenda and unmatched networking opportunities, this annual gathering offers attendees an exceptional value.

This event is produced by GMA in conjunction with the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), Food Marketing Institute (FMI), the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), the National Grocers Association (NGA) and the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI), ensuring representation of all key unsaleables constituencies at the event.
