Creating Value for GMA Members

The GMA membership team is determined to ensure that all GMA members are receiving the full value of their GMA membership. As a result of GMA’s Hungry for your Thoughts survey, GMA has rolled out its Relationship Manager Program. The program is designed so that each member company of GMA has been assigned a personal Relationship Manager to act as their conduit into the association.

Organizational Overview

GMA is an active, vocal advocate for its member companies and a trusted source of information about the industry and the products consumers rely on and enjoy every day. The association and its member companies are committed to meeting the needs of consumers through product innovation, responsible business practices and effective public policy solutions developed through a genuine partnership with policymakers and other stakeholders. Our agenda is segmented into five primary categories, detailed below, and we actively pursue this agenda on behalf of the industry at the international, federal, state and local levels.

GMA Claims Program

The GMA Claims program offers a variety of confidential, cost effective services including forensic lab analysis, full service claims handling, litigation management and crisis management claims support. The Program handles thousands of claims each year, saving members substantial money, time, and resources. GMA’s state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped to perform a wide range of diagnostic, nondestructive tests that are used in investigating a claim.
