GMA Retail Honors Program
GMA’s Retail Honors Program provides an opportunity for members of GMA, the world’s leading food beverage and consumer products trade organization, to recognize their trading partners in the retail community for sustained excellence in performance, collaboration and innovation. Established in 2010, the awards are presented in the fall at GMA’s merchandising, sales and marketing leadership conference, Shopper Momentum.

GMA Food Safety Award
The GMA Food Safety Award honors those individuals or organizations who have demonstrated a longstanding commitment to improving the safety of food.
The recipient of this award must possess at least 10 years of service in the food safety arena and have successfully demonstrated sustained contributions in research, education and information transfer. In addition, the recipient must display innovative and effective strategies to promote a safer food supply while solving significant food safety problems.

CPG Award for Innovation and Creativity
The CPG Award for Innovation and Creativity is given annually by GMA's Associate Member Council to recognize the innovation that occurs every day at GMA member companies. The award allows for the broad submission by manufacturer members of innovative ideas, with an emphasis on leading the industry forward in the 21st Century. Submissions will be judged by AMC members on creativity, willingness to take risks, achieving measurable results and creating a valuable knowledge base for the entire industry. - Division B: Manufacturers with total sales of $3 billion and above

Joint Reverse Logistics Collaboration Award
Established in 2010 in partnership with the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, Food Marketing Institute, National Association of Chain Drug Stores, National Grocers Association and Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute, the Reverse Logistics Collaboration Award is given annually to three retailer-manufacturer teams. The Award recognizes successful collaborative initiatives among trading partners in one or more areas of reverse logistics management.
Eligible projects or programs must demonstrate significant impacts on either unsaleables or reverse logistics functions in the manufacturing or distributing environments; or show that they have enhanced the state of knowledge about best practices in managing unsaleables and attacking root causes. They should also be relevant and applicable to other companies in the CPG industry. Download the application to learn more.

GMA Excellence in State Government Affairs Award
The Excellence in State Government Affairs Award is presented each year to an outstanding state association executive in recognition of their partnership with GMA to advance public policy initiatives in state and local jurisdictions that benefit the consumer product manufacturers and retailers alike.
