TPA On Shelf Availability Task Force

As an industry, all that matters is whether or not our shopper gets the products he/she wants from the shelf every time he/she wants to buy. We need a common understanding and definition of OSA with best-in-class approaches to proactively and productively improve results vs. typical measure blame games and perceived in-action. Improvement in Shopper Loyalty, Financials, Efficiency and Speed will be the result.
