Executive Conference 2012

GMA is pleased to offer secure online registration for the 2012 Executive Conference. Please click the "Register Now" link on the right to register. 

Please note: Invited guests will need a valid gmaonline.org user ID and password to register (click here to set up an account or click here to retrieve your user ID and password if you already have an account).

Please note: attendance at the conference is by invitation only.

Conference Photographs

Upon registering, all conference participants are asked to submit a photograph for the 2012 GMA Executive Conference Program and Guest Register. The photo should be a high-resolution (300 dpi) black/white or color electronic photo (.jpg or .tif file format).  Be sure to submit a photo of your spouse/guest as well.

All photos must be received by July 18, 2012 to ensure inclusion in the conference Program and Guest Register that will be distributed to all attendees. Photos received after this date may not be included. 

Photos should be emailed to photos@gmaonline.org.

If you do not submit a photo, GMA will use a previously submitted photo on file (if available).

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation of conference registration must be made in writing to GMA.  Please make note of the following cancellation refund schedule:

  • 100% refund if written cancellation is received by July 8, 2012 (less $200 admin fee or $75 admin fee for spouse/guest registration).

  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received by July 29, 2012 (less $200 admin fee or less $75 admin fee for spouse/guest registration).

  • No refund if written cancellation is received after July 29, 2012.
