The GMA Leadership Forum continues the more than hundred year-old tradition of hosting an annual executive-level retreat for our manufacturer members. This is a wholly enriching experience that will include unique opportunities unmatched by any other educational, networking or professional development event. This conference will bring together the brightest, visionary keynote speakers, actively leading the digital, political, and health & wellbeing arenas. Educational Content:
During this event, you will hear from pioneering keynote speakers and participate in a series of breakout sessions on topics on the latest industry insights and market trends, from Big Data and supply chain efficiencies to the shifting retail environment, plus more. There are over 15 session topics to choose from to meet your professional discipline, whether you’re in finance, public policy, supply chain, regulatory affairs, operations, human resources, sales, marketing or any other functional area.


Networking Events:
This is the only setting where you can spend one-on-one time with the most influential leaders within the CPG community and participate in energetic networking activities including a casual barbecue, golf & tennis tournaments, receptions, and award ceremonies.

Emerging Leaders:
Now held during the GMA Leadership Forum only, individually invited, next generation executives will participate in the Emerging Leaders Program with a pre-conference session focusing on professional development in operational management and leadership. They will also join CEO attendees for the CEO Leadership Forum and Emerging Leaders Dinner on Friday evening.

Presidents and CEOs:
The annual CEO Leadership Forum will be offered during this event to provide content geared specifically toward CPG presidents and CEOs. CEOs and spouses will participate in the CEO Leadership Forum and Emerging Leaders Dinner and on Saturday, CEOs will reconvene among themselves to engage in thoughtful discussions and thoroughly examine core industry topics in a tailored educational program.

Returning in 2016 due to its continued success, GMA member companies have the chance to meet one-on-one with various principal and partner-level associate members during a 45-minute exchange session.
