Dalton is founder and president of Dalton Alliances, a D.C. based consultancy specializing in C-level consulting and customized assessments. Among her offerings are key stakeholder surveys, 360 degree leadership assessments, and trademarked developmental workshops, as well as an array of follow-up services including executive coaching, executive retreats, and interventions.
Before launching her consultancy in 1991, Francie was an executive in the manufacturing and sales industry. Additionally, she spent four and a half years on active duty with the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Service, later earning her MAS from Johns Hopkins University.
Francie’s work in leadership development has been featured in hundreds of industry and trade publications, including Harvard Management Update, The New York Times, Investor’s Business Daily, The Washington Post, The Washington Business Journal, Chief Executive Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and many more. Published by ASAE, her book “Versatility: How to Optimize Interactions When 7 Workplace Behaviors Are at Their Worst has also been published in China.
An instructor for the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organizational Management program, Francie has also served as adjunct faculty at numerous universities and has earned the coveted Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, an achievement shared by less than 12% of management consultants globally.
