Jonathan Cohen, Esq. Gilbert LLP
Jonathan Cohen's focus at Gilbert LLP is on the litigation and resolution of complex, multiparty disputes involving insurance, product liability, and supply-chain issues. Jonathan also counsels clients to help prevent such issues from ever arising.

Jonathan has represented corporate and other policyholders with respect to a wide range of coverage matters, including bodily injury and property damage coverage, food-contamination coverage, asbestos coverage, product recall coverage, technology-related property damage coverage, advertising injury coverage and pharmaceutical-related coverage issues, and directors' and officers' coverage. Jonathan has worked at the forefront of insurance issues relating to mass-tort bankruptcies, representing corporate debtors, claimant committees and bankruptcy trusts in numerous proceedings and negotiations. Additionally, Jonathan has advised corporate and other clients regarding the legal side of risk management and insurance placement.

Steven Leslie, Esq. Grocery Manufacturers Association
Steven Leslie, a 1999 graduate of Johns Hopkins University, joined the GMA Claims Program in November of 2002 shortly after moving to Washington, D.C. Steven became the Manager of the Claims Program in 2007, and became the Senior Manager in January of 2011. While working at GMA, Steven also obtained his law degree from the George Washington School of Law, graduating with honors in May of 2011.

As Senior Manager and Counsel, Steven oversees all Claims Program operations. These operations include litigation management, non-litigated claims handling, laboratory testing, and claims system reporting. Steven also has primary oversight of all Claims Program conferences and webinars, including the annual Food Claims and Litigation Conference, Consumer Complaint Management Conference, Food, Beverage and CPG Litigation Webinar, and Consumer Complaint Management Webinar.

Ron Levine, Esq. Herrick, Feinstein LLP
Ronald J. Levine co-chairs Herrick's Litigation Department and concentrates his practice on complex corporate litigation, especially multi-party actions. With more than 30 years of experience, Ron has focused his practice on class action defense in the consumer products field. Ron has successfully defended and resolved consumer fraud and breach of warranty actions brought against leading products manufacturers in New Jersey and New York. He regularly advises clients on social media strategies and crisis management and prevention.

Ron also regularly advises on professional responsibility, and is the former Chair of the Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar of the New York State Bar Association. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Law Practice Management. He also chairs Herrick's Best Practices Committee.


Felicity McGrath, Esq. Bonner Kiernan Trebach & Crociata, LLP
Felicity A. McGrath is a Partner in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She is experienced in litigating matters in the areas of personal injury and products liability.

Ms. McGrath has tried numerous matters in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. She has experience representing manufacturers and retailers across the United States in the areas of food safety and foodborne pathogens, product tampering, allergies, and food sensitivities.

Ms. McGrath is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bar associations. She is also a member of the DC Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and received her J.D. from the University of Miami (cum laude) in 1995, where she was an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. Ms. McGrath was also elected to membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, national leadership honor society in 1994.
