Companies that ship or sell products to the state of California must adhere to the labeling regulations set forth by Proposition 65. On August 30, 2018, new and significant changes will go into effect for California's Prop 65, impacting the regulation's labeling and warning requirements. As a result of these changes, companies will need to take steps to make changes to their product labels and internet retail platforms.
