GMA Responds to FDA Decision on PHO Food Additive Petition

The Grocery Manufacturers Association issued the following statement from Leon Bruner, EVP of Science and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Science Officer, on today’s decision by the Food & Drug Administration to deny GMA’s food additive petition seeking specific and limited uses of partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs).
